Monkey’s bridge

Monkey Bridge is a swinging hanging bridge over the Šventoji River. Built in 1973, now renovated, it is often referred to as the symbol of Šventoji.

Šventoji also offers the “Stone Age” park located in the harmonious open territory of the “Energetikas” health and wellness centre. Since 2005, the unique space hosts annual international symposiums for stone sculptors. Each year the symposium attracts more and more sculptors from all over the Europe and USA.

The “Stone Age” sculpture park delights its visitors with 50 stone sculptures showcasing the mastery of the sculptors and reveal old traditions in a modern context.

In the dunes behind the “Stone Age” park, you can find the Samogitian Alka - a pagan shrine with a paleoastronomic observatory.
